I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist in Private Practice near Richmond Bridge, with more than ten years experience working in GP Surgeries, NHS Trust, Sixth Form College and Cruse Bereavement Care.
Are you anxious about work, worried about relationships, or grieving the loss of a loved one? If so, then look no further for confidential, face-to-face or online therapy to discuss what is important to you in your current situation and give you greater understanding of yourself.
Together, we look at your options for the future and work towards making the changes necessary to achieve your goals. I am passionate about helping you discover your full potential.
My initial training in Humanistic Therapy convinced me of the power of individual growth and renewal.
I am a trained EMDR Therapist, using emotional and physical sensations to help with OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, or if you feel overwhelmed by distressing events in the past.
My personal bereavement brought me into training as a Therapist, working as a Volunteer for Cruse Bereavement Care and as a Therapist for Mind, NHS GP Surgeries, Sixth Form College, Families Anonymous and privately. I believe that finding the right Therapist can make all the difference. I am ready to help and look forward to hearing from you.
I am currently holding sessions on Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or other online video platforms.
“I found the room relaxing”
“You were easy to talk to – reassuring and challenging all at once”
“Thank you! I grew as a person from our work together and I felt respected by you”
“I would just like to say how lucky I was to find you at a time in my life when I couldn’t cope and needed help. Thank you Jackie for providing that help”
“My first experience of counselling was very positive and I would recommend you to anyone who needed help”
“I am in a great place at the moment and feel extremely positive. Thank you for your support over the last few months – I really feel it helped prepare me for the birth and to deal with all the ‘side’ issues that had also become problematic for me”
“Many thanks for all the hours you have spent listening to me – I know that we have covered a lot of ground together and relations between me, my brother and sister are more cordial now”
